Instructions for use:
Processing temperature: +5°C to +30°C. If possible, sand the surface with PETEC Multi Cleaner (item no.
82200 or 82100) thoroughly clean and degrease. We recommend using low-energy plastics
Adhesion promoting plastic primer (item no. 98315). The double cartridge into the PETEC ejection gun (item no. 98502)
Insert, remove the cap (turn it 90° to the left and pull it off) and check the material feed (both
Components must come out of the chambers evenly). Express the amount of adhesive required
and mix or attach the mixing tube (item no. 98510), discard the first centimeter and apply the adhesive directly
Apply to one side of the bonding area (avoid breaks of more than two minutes, as the adhesive is also in the mixing tube
hardens). Assemble the materials to be bonded within two minutes. If necessary, smooth it out with the PETEC plastic spatula (item no. 88350). To stabilize the repair area, we recommend our PETEC structural fabric
(Item no. 98320). After use, close the double cartridge with the cap (put it on and turn it 90° to the right
twist). Post-processing (e.g. sanding, painting) is only possible after the adhesive has hardened.
Paints and other media containing solvents can block or destroy curing. Due to the variety of
