How does the return work?

  • Please send us an email to info@mvh-online.de and request a return there.
  • A free return label will be emailed to you as a PDF.

Does the item fit my vehicle?

  • Most items have a point next to the description called "Suitable models". Check there to see if your vehicle is listed. Make sure that all the data matches, otherwise it won't fit.

How do I find items for my vehicle?

  • Click on our MVH-logo in the top left corner of the page or go to our Homepage.
  • There you can select the type of vehicle (e.g. motorcycle, car by model, car by KBA and much more).
  • The respective vehicle data can then be easily entered or selected.
  • Select the vehicle and all suitable items for this vehicle will be listed.

Is this oil, hydraulic oil, brake fluid etc. suitable for my vehicle?

  • For each of these items we have a list of approvals in the description.
  • These can be found in the respective vehicle manual.
  • Please check whether they are in the respective vehicle manual.

Which antifreeze can I use?

  • You can simply use the color that was already in there.
  • Otherwise, again by checking the approval in the manual check.

What is included in the article?

  • The articles are always delivered as shown in the picture.

Can I buy larger quantities from you?

  • Please send an e-mail to info@mvh-online.de with how much you need and we will see what can be done.

Where can I find my key numbers for 2 and 3 (HSN and TSN)?

  • Very simply in your vehicle registration document on the first page.
  • The HSN is in field 2.1 and the TSN in field 2.2.

What shipping conditions do you have? You?

  • Shipping costs within Germany are €3.95.
  • Shipping abroad costs €20.
  • 10 and 20 liters are billed individually per package.
  • We ship with DHL.

When will my package arrive?

  • Our delivery time is always on a working day and is usually 1-3 days.
  • If you order shortly before the weekend, it will not be packed and shipped until Monday of the following week.
  • After receipt of payment, your package will be packed and shipped and will usually arrive in 2-3 days.

What payment options do we have?

  • PayPal: PayPal Express, PayPal Plus, PayPal Standard

Can I buy items from you on site?

  • Yes, you are welcome to do that.
  • We are there for you Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • During the season also on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Address: Verbindungsweg 38, 25469 Halstenbek.
  • You have the option of paying on site in cash, by card or in advance via PayPal.
  • You can also call or email us in advance about what you need and we will prepare everything for you .

My order was left at a store, although it was supposed to be delivered to my address. Why?

  • Contact the delivery service and ask them to deliver your order to the address provided. If they refuse, please contact our customer service.

What do I do with used oil or old batteries?

  • You can either dispose of these properly in your area or send them back to us.
  • If it is used oil or an old battery, please pack it very well and label it carefully.
  • The customer will bear the shipping costs.

What is delivered with?

  • We only deliver with DHL.

Is express delivery possible?

  • No, unfortunately express delivery is not possible.

How can I create a customer account? create one?

  • To do this, go to our website and click on the little man next to the shopping cart and press "new here? Register now" and you can enter your data.

Can I delete my customer account?

  • Yes, the customer account can be deleted, just write us an email and we can delete the account.

How can I track my order?

  • As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking.

Can I change/cancel my order?

  • Yes, you can of course change or cancel the order by simply sending us an email to info@mvh-online.de.

Are there any reviews of the various items?

  • No, there aren't and we don't plan to introduce any for the time being.

When will the money be refunded if the item is returned? refunded?

  • You will get your money back as soon as the return has been received and processed by us.
