application
- The surface to be filled should be derusted, clean, dry, free of grease, and sanded.
- We recommend using presto epoxy primer as a primer before and after filling (please note the drying time).
- Take the required amount of material from the package and mix thoroughly with the appropriate amount of hardener.
- Apply the mixed material to the desired layer thickness.
- Clean tools immediately after use, if necessary, wash with nitro thinner.
- Do not return mixed material to the can.
- After approximately 30-40 minutes, the filled surface can be drilled, sanded, sawed, filed, and painted.
- presto fine filler is very elastic and can be sanded very easily without losing its consistency.
- The filler can also be applied to substrates with lower temperatures (minimum temperature 5°C). The filler should be at room temperature.
- Note: Do not apply directly to galvanized surfaces, these must first be treated with a suitable zinc primer.
