• WAGNER one-component resin for tank sealing:
  Transparent interior coating that prevents rust formation on internal tank surfaces and protects each tank from corrosion in the long term. WAGNER one-component tank sealing resin is resistant to leaded and unleaded fuel, ethanol-gasoline mixtures such as E5, E10 and E85, pure ethanol, pure gasoline, two-stroke mixture, diesel fuel, aviation fuel, engine oil, transmission oil, hydraulic oil, mineral oil, synthetic oil, two-stroke oil, Top oil, cooling water and additives, such as WAGNER Bactofin gasoline stabilizer. In contrast to most two-component sealants, the WAGNER one-component tank sealant does not become brittle and permanently retains a minimum of flexibility - so the inner coating reliably adheres to even later damage to the tank due to vibrations or minor accidents.
• WAGNER rust converter:
  stops the rust immediately - and removes deep-seated rust layers.
  At the same time, the porous surface structure, which has been eroded by corrosion, is chemically cured - during the treatment, a solid metal surface is created that can be easily painted, coated, tinned or galvanized. Complete derusting is unnecessary!
  The dark gray layer (phosphating), which leaves WAGNER rust converter on iron and steel, effectively protects metal surfaces against rust.
  The treatment with WAGNER rust converter significantly improves the rust protection of the metal and the adhesion of the end protection treatment. For non-ferrous metal surfaces such as aluminum or zinc sheet, WAGNER rust converter is suitable for rounding bare surfaces (etching). Therefore, it is also worthwhile to treat new, rust-free metals with WAGNER rust converter.
• scope of application:
  The WAGNER Tank Seal Set can treat tanks with a capacity of 30 liters. It seals tank inner sides of sheet metal, steel (including alloys), aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass and plastics such as carbon, fiberglass, Kevlar, polyester or vinyl ester. Even new tanks with smooth inner surfaces can be sealed with the WAGNER one-component tank seal, roughening is not necessary.
  The WAGNER one-component resin can not be used for tanks made of polyethylene or polypropylene because these materials can not be permanently coated.
• Application and dosage:
  After appropriate preparatory work, add the necessary amount of transparent WAGNER one-component resin to the tank, depending on the tank size, and shake it vigorously, then carefully swivel it out. The resin should completely wet all interior walls. After the first layer has dried and is no longer sticky (after approx. 12 - 24 hours), a second layer can be applied. After about 7 to 8 days, the coating is completely cured.
