Epoxy-Metal is a two-component adhesive based on epoxy resin. Quickly and reliably bonds parts made of metals and alloys (steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, magnesium, tin, lead, etc.) in any combination. Ideal for quick and long-term repairs, such as sealing cracks and cavities on any shaped surface and restoring internal and external threads. Can be used for repairing cars and other equipment as well as in industry, home and office, etc. Cures within 4 minutes. Final curing takes place within 2-3 hours. The joint obtains high mechanical shear strength (3-5 N/mm²) and can withstand temperatures up to +150 °C.

To achieve an optimum adhesive result, the surfaces must be clean and free of grease. Squeeze the adhesive out of the double syringe and mix the two components well with a spatula. Apply the adhesive and press the parts together strongly.

Application:

1. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded from old layers of paint and other varnishes, dirt, grease and oil deposits.
2. Degrease the surfaces with brake cleaner.
3. Allow to dry.
4. Bonding can be carried out at any temperature and humidity, but the optimum temperature is +10 °C to +30 °C and humidity 50-60%.
5. Squeeze the required amount of the two components from the tube and mix them.
6. The mixing ratio is 1:1.
7. Then apply to the surfaces that need to be glued or repaired and press firmly with maximum force.
