• WHAT IS CERAMIC SEALING?
• Coating is a special form of sealing, namely the application of a firmly adhering closed layer to a surface. If the coating is based on a framework of silicon-containing compounds, it is called a ceramic sealant. In contrast to waxes, a coating actively bonds with the paint and is therefore much more durable. When fully cured, it behaves like a second clear coat.

Application:

1. After polishing the paint, the PREPARE is sprayed into a microfiber cloth ultra-fine as a basic cleaner, the paint is wiped with it and prepared for the coating. CC Evo is then applied in two steps.
2. In the first sealing step, BASECOAT Evo is applied thinly to partial surfaces with an applicator sponge. After a short flash-off time, the excess product is wiped off ultrafine with a microfiber cloth, and only then a new partial surface is treated.
3. After a waiting time of 1 hour, GLOSSCOAT Evo is applied thinly with a new applicator sponge in a second step. The flash-off time here should be a few minutes up to 10 minutes. Then the excess product is also removed ultra-fine with a microfiber cloth. If the product begins to harden already in the sponge on large vehicles, a new applicator sponge should be taken. The completely treated vehicle must stand in the dry for at least 4 hours and must not get wet during this time. It would be optimal to leave the vehicle in a room overnight. The first washing of the vehicle must be done after 1 week at the earliest.
