Innovative machine polish for the quick reconditioning of heavily weathered paintwork, for the removal of deep scratches and for the effective removal of paint mist and sanding up to 1200 grain. Thanks to the extremely homogeneous abrasive grain, Heavy Cut 9.02 produces an extremely high cut with a very good gloss level. Can be polished for an extremely long time with little dust or spray development without burning in and can be wiped off perfectly. Ideally suited for all types of paint (both soft and scratch-resistant).

The intelligent machine polish of the latest generation with a unique aluminum oxide quality. The intelligent grain ensures that car wash scratches and similar signs of use are removed very quickly and completely, and gives the paintwork a lasting, deep shine. Grinding marks from 2,500 grit grinding media are effortlessly removed. Fine Cut F6.01 is therefore ideally suited for the perfect refurbishment of medium to heavily weathered paintwork. Perfectly matched to the processing of scratch-resistant paints.

Micro Cut M3.02 is a machine micropolishing agent of the latest generation for the permanent removal of polishing streaks, holograms, fine scratches and bevels up to 3,000 grit on all (including scratch-resistant) paint systems. Through the use of highly specialized, extremely homogeneous abrasives, a brilliant and durable high-gloss finish is created even on dark and similarly sensitive colors under extreme light conditions. Holograms and fine scratches are mechanically eliminated and not covered, as is often the case. Micro Cut M3.02 is extremely economical and can be easily polished and removed without leaving any residue.

Application:
Use a rotary polishing machine and a lambskin pad (with a bevel of 1,200 - 2,500) or a heavy cut pad (with a bevel of 2,000 - 5,000) in a cross-process. Use sanding polish at medium speed and medium pressure. The best possible surface is achieved by polishing with Micro Cut M3.02.

Apply Fine Cut F6.01 to the grinding medium (Fine Cut Pad or Lambskin Pad) and apply to the pre-cleaned surface to be processed with max. Polish 2,000 rpm in a cross-pass. The cleaning effect can be varied by pressure, grinding medium and number of revolutions. At the beginning of the grinding process, we recommend processing with higher pressure at a low speed. In the further process, reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss with a higher rotation. Latest
Polish residues can easily be removed with our professional microfiber cloth. Any veils or polishing marks that have arisen are removed using the Micro Cut M3.02.

Wet dry or new sponges completely with polish before use. With the machine switched off, distribute the polish evenly on the surface to be processed and then polish with moderate pressure in a cross-pattern until a transparent film is formed, i.e. until the contained aluminum oxide has completely disintegrated. Then polish again with little pressure. Do not use the sponges used for this product alternately for other products.
